H2H Foundation is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to saving the lives of children born with congenital heart defects (CHDS) by providing free pediatric cardiac surgeries.
We fund pediatric cardiac surgeries in collaboration with Pediatric Cardiac Centers of Excellence across Developing Countries.
H2H Foundation envisions to address the global burden of congenital heart defects by supporting international organizations that work towards this shared vision of addressing the entire spectrum of Prevention, Screening, and Cure.

Sunil Gavaskar, is a former Indian Legendary cricketer who played from the early 1970s to late 1980s. Widely regarded as one of the greatest Test batsmen and best opening batsmen in Test cricket history, Gavaskar set world records during his career for the most Test runs and most Test centuries scored by any batsman. He held the record of 35 Test centuries for almost two decades. He was the first person to score centuries in both innings of a Test match three times. He was the first Test batsman to score 10,000 Test Runs in a Career and now stands at number 12 on the group of 13 players with 10,000+ Test Runs

A Graduate of Harvard Business School's OPM program, he is an independent director with over 15 years of experience as a Board member of large operating companies in India, USA and Middle East in diverse industries such as e-Commerce, IT Enabled Services and Aviation.
Arvind Thiagarajan
Founder & CEO of HD Medical Inc. He is an inventor and entrepreneur with a history of founding, advising, and building technology companies. He has won special award from Government of India for his contributions to Research and Science.

Dr. Praveen Kollipara
A Hematology / Oncology Specialist in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Having more than 33 years of diverse experience, he serves as President of FWMOH Inc. and is a volunteer clinical assistant professor of Medicine for Indiana University School of Medicine.
